Chevy is a heeler. if you know the breed, he is amazing! If you are unfamiliar with the breed then there are some quirks you will have too get used to. Chevy is very smart and highly trainable. he wants to do what his people want. he wants to go and do. he likes a job and a job is important to his mental well being.
He has not lived in a home before and may need some time to adjust but he picks things up quickly and will be more than grateful to finally live the good life.
He has been very good with the 11 year old boy here and enjoys pets from everyone although he is shy and stand off ish at first. that is not uncommon for the breed. they are very loyal to their human and not much else matters.
We would prefer Chevy go to a home that has experience in the breed but it is not a requirement.
Chevy just needs the right home and the right environment to live up to his full potential. He just needs a chance.
